I graduated from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in 2020 with my Masters in Occupational Therapy. I have specialized training in pelvic floor therapy, pre/postnatal exercise, and infant bodywork. My passion is helping women and babies experience true, lasting healing — not just temporary symptom relief.
I began pursuing advanced training in pelvic health when I was pregnant with my daughter in 2022. That passion was further shaped by my own pelvic floor dysfunction after she was born. I hold tight to the belief that every mom has the right to feel understood, confident, and strong — even after babies.
My work is grounded in compassion and faith. I believe healing is not only physical — it's also emotional, mental, and spiritual. My goal is to create a space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered in every season of motherhood.
When I'm not treating, I love spending time with my husband and two kids. They are the joy of my life and everything I do is because of them. I also enjoy exercising, reading books, and anything outdoors.
